Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging (WRAAA) Para-Professional Award

Dear Friends,

I am pleased to announce that Ms. Jackie Raines, STNA, was nominated to receive the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging (WRAAA) Para-Professional Award for her outstanding service to our residents here at he Villa. Jackie was nominated by Dennis Koher, LPN, Asst Dir, Wellness; Barbara Devereux, RN, Dir, Wellness and Betty Hickle. Below is her nomination:

Jackie Raines has been with Light of Hearts Villa for more than three years. She embodies the mission of the Villa by providing premier caring services to our residents and their families. Jackie is always willing to go the extra step to provide comfort. She is the smile the residents look for and she is the shoulder that they lean on. As Jackie will tell you: "I am someone who listens, we cry together, we pray together, I am whatever they need. The Villa is a second home."We are so grateful for Jackie and so proud and honored to nominate her for this award. Next time you see Jackie - please congratulate her on this beautiful award.

I am pleased to share with you that the Villa hosted this annual event for WRAAA. This is the 14th year of presenting awards to Para-Professional Care Givers. We were pleased to have been the chosen location for this event.

All praise and glory are Yours, Lord our God. For You have called us to serve you and one another in love. Bless our sick today so that they may bear their illness in union with Jesus' sufferings and restore them quickly to health. Bless those who have grown old in Your service and give them courage and strength in their faith. Lead us all to eternal glory.
