Staff Recognition

Recognizing our staff for their commitment to providing compassionate, quality care is very important. Pictured above are (left to right) Raymond Dorman, Bobbie Gurko and Joanne Reardon. All three are recipients of the Light of Hearts Villa Making God’s Love Visible Mission Award. This is the highest honor bestowed on a staff member and is now an annual award. “Making God’s Love Visible” comes from St. Vincent de Paul, the great saint of charity, who called his followers to make God’s love visible and to seek the face of Christ in the face of every person they met.

Prayer

All praise and glory are Yours, Lord our God. For You have called us to serve you and one another in love. Bless our sick today so that they may bear their illness in union with Jesus' sufferings and restore them quickly to health. Bless those who have grown old in Your service and give them courage and strength in their faith. Lead us all to eternal glory. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
