The staff at the LOHV is not only competent and professional, but they are also friendly, cheerful and genuinely caring. This caring attitude carried throughout the entire staff from the front office and receptionists to the food service staff, nurses, activity coordinators, and maintenance personnel. It permeates the LOHV like no other!

I am delighted to write of my impressions of the Villa since I am so happy that my mother is here. I come from out of town, New Jersey, so I try to make visits last at least a few days. I stay with my mother on a little roll-away that tucks back into the closet each morning. Because I actually live in the building, I get to feel the spirit and pulse of Light of Hearts possibly more than most relatives who live closer in their own homes are able to. I love to hear my mother say, and she says it often! “Everyone here is so caring and loving, all the cleaning people, the cooks and maintenance people.” And she thoroughly loves the sisters and others in charge. I second this, and am grateful to feel welcomed myself whenever I am able to show up. I do not feel an outsider. Thanks all!
